Assignment for Liliane Fonds. Liliane Fonds supports handicapped children all over the world, through local organisations. The photographer Sasja van Vechgel travelled to Indonesia (Java and Kalimantan) to document the lives of Moses, Tari, Cika and Selma. The children have all suffered from their disability until they were discovered by the local organizations who helped them with the rehabilitation proces. Through physiotherapy and training in selfcare and -confidence most of these children went back to school and now have friends to play with again.
